These terms govern your use of breakpointignition.com and the free resources and calls offered by Breakpoint Ignition, LLC ("Breakpoint Ignition," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Our Services

Breakpoint Ignition provides business coaching, including a free 30-minute Breakpoint Diagnostic call. Paid coaching programs are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins.

No Guaranteed Results

Coaching is educational. Results depend on your business, your market, and your own decisions and execution. We do not promise or guarantee any specific revenue, profit or other outcome. Any examples are illustrative, not typical.

Not Professional Advice

Nothing on this site or in our calls is legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

Bookings

Please reschedule or cancel through the link in your confirmation if you can't attend. We may reschedule or decline calls at our discretion.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Breakpoint Ignition about your Diagnostic booking, reminders, follow-ups and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Content

The site, guides and materials are owned by Breakpoint Ignition or used with permission. You may use them for your own business, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission. 10X and related marks belong to their respective owner; Molly Morgan is a 10X Certified Business Coach, and Breakpoint Ignition is independently owned.

Limitation of Liability

The site and free resources are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Breakpoint Ignition is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or free services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
